The Pawstocrat Promise

Every Pawstocrat portrait is painted and printed just for your pet, so we take a little extra care to make sure you love it.

You see it before you buy

Before ordering, you preview your portrait on our website. Please check the preview carefully: your printed blanket or canvas is made from that exact portrait, in full resolution and without the watermark.

If you don't love it

If your printed portrait isn't something you'd hang with pride, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will first repaint your portrait in the style of your choice and send you a new print free of charge. If you're still not happy after the repaint, we'll refund your order in full.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Cancellations

Because each portrait is made to order, you can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production has usually started and we can no longer cancel it, but the Pawstocrat Promise above still applies.

Returns

As every item is personalised, we don't accept returns for change of mind outside the Pawstocrat Promise. We never ask you to ship a personalised item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
