Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with tracking included.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Production time

Every portrait is printed to order in our partner print studios in the US. Production takes 2–5 business days after you place your order.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Christmas deliveries

To receive your portrait before Christmas within the US, please order by December 10. Orders placed after that date are still shipped as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee arrival before December 25.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before production.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us at infopawstocrat@gmail.com and we'll help with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a free replacement.
