Will it really look like my pet?

Yes — we keep your pet's face, markings and colours, and only paint the outfit and setting around them. That's why you see a preview before ordering.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and not too far away. Phone photos are perfect.

When will it arrive?

Each piece is made to order in 2–5 business days and ships within the US in 3–7 days. For Christmas, order by December 10.

What if I don't love it?

Write to us and we'll repaint your portrait for free, or refund you if it's still not right.

Is the watermark on the final product?

No. The watermark only protects the free preview. Your blanket or canvas is printed from the clean, full-resolution portrait.
